Motor Vehicles
With 254.4 million vehicles on the US roads a defect in a vehicle or its component parts can cause major safety issues. Vehicle products that are identified as having a defect or that are not in compliance with the Federal Motor Vehicle safety standards may result in a recall. These types of defects include airbag failure, ignition switch, power-assist failure, and steering and brakes failure and can cause accidents, injury or death.
Recent lawsuits involving defective design or manufacture of automobile or their parts have held manufacturers and dealers accountable for harm caused as a result of the defects.
Before you get in your car, be sure you’re safe.
