Foster Farms is issuing a recall for some of their fresh and frozen chicken due to the discovery that they many be contaminated with a particular strain of Salmonella Heidelberg.

Foster Farms, a Fresno, Calif., establishment, is recalling an undetermined amount of chicken products that may be contaminated with a particular strain of Salmonella Heidelberg.

If you are in possession of any of the recalled meat products Foster Farms advises you to discard or return contaminated product to the place of purchase.
